With our offices in Hungary for more than 15 years, the Hunting Pleasure team managed to create deep and real links with the best hungarian territories.

We prefer hunting grounds in the East and South of the country for both density and trophies quality.

You will be able to decide on the hunting grounds depending on your availabilities and wishes.

Our Pricing

Typical trip, 3 hunting days – 4 nights (all included, kilometer fees as well). Price for one Hunter: starting at €925 – travelling fees not included

Trophies depending on the weight (CIC net weighting). Quotes available on demand.

Your Trip

All of our trips are “A la Carte”.

You choose the duration of your stay.

Usually, three to four hunting days are necessary to shoot the desired trophies.

Hunted game & Trophies

Spring is the time for bucks, bucks and some more bucks! Foxes and Jackals are game on the side. Few wild boars as it is mostly flat terrain.

Hungarian law only allows shooting of bucks aged 5 and + with the exception or abnormal trophies. Some of our hunting grounds are specialized in trophies between 200 and 350g net.

Some others are specialized in bigger trophies (400 to 500g or more).

In Hungary, weight and size of the trophy are certified by an official quotation CIC, this guarantees you a fair and equitable price!

Each and every year, our hunters receive numerous CIC medals (15% Gold, 25% Silver and 35% Bronze)

Observers

Observers are, of course, allowed to accompany you during the hunt. They can follow hunter but also profit from number of activities.

Hungary being a country with a rich thermal water industry, numerous hotels offer pools, thermal baths, spas.

Your Accommodation

Your housing will depend on the territory and the number of people with you.

Mostly, guest-houses or country-side 3 stars hotels.

Our formula is full-pension, except beverages, individual or double rooms available.

Tourism

Budapest, pearl of the Danube River, is the Hungarian capital. This european city has a worldwide reputation for its beauty, welcome, but also its history, movie studios and bathhouses.

Downtown can be enjoyed on foot. Do not hesitate!

References

For about 15 years, we have welcomed more than 600 hunters and collected thousands of bucks ”classics”, “big ones” or “abnormals”…

Country Information

Hungary is divided in two by the Danube: great plains in the East, hills and woodlands in the West.

Hungary is within the European Union but its currency is the Hungarian Forint (HUF). You can use a debit/credit card in most cases, but DO NOT change at the airport ( 20% more fees than banks change offices).

Climate is continental, warm and dry from april to october (can be very hot during summer!).

Firearms-Equipment

Firearm importation is easy in Hungary. No demand before departure is needed, you simply need you firearm registration card or government issued permit. If needed we can also rent firearms on location.

Spring is relatively nice in Hungary. Light hunting gear and clothing are advised.

Jackets and sweaters recommended for the evening.

Summer however can be very warm (30 to 35 celsius)… swimming recommended between hunts!

To get on location

By plane, Budapest is the destination. Multiple flights are available from within Europe to go to the Hungarian capital every day.

Low-cost companies WILL NOT allow firearms (except Easy-Jets).

In Budapest, you will be able to rent a car at the airport or use our shuttle to get you directly on your hunting site (2h to 2h30 drive from the airport).

Taxidermy

Trophies 1st preparation is included in our pricing.

However, if you want your trophy in a certain way, our taxidermist is available to your demands. (short timing, good quality/price ratio).
