Your Hunting Area
Starting next mid-October will be our 12th yearly partnership with this Hungarian territory, without any doubt the most beautiful for fallow deer hunting in Europe.
Located East of Hungary, 2h30 from Budapest.
The territory of 17.000ha of open grounds, has thousands of deers. Management, very strict for decades, allows you to enjoy fully mature and high quality deers.
Terrain is relatively flat, can also be sandy, which allows for a great stalking. Woodlands, feeding grounds, plaines… You can also go hunt on carriages, a special experience!
Our Pricing
During rutting season (October), we have two formulas:
One formula with organisation fee and shooting tax for 3.5+kg trophies (CIC Gold Medal equivalent). Organization fees are of €1350 per hunter for 3 days – 4 nights, all included excepted transportation, beverages and tips. Shooting taxes available on quote!
Another formula with flat rates including 3 days – 4 nights including another deer between 3 and 3.5kg. Price per hunter: €2.850
During winter, for abnormal and selected deers, we propose a discounted pricing. Don’t hesitate to ask us.
Your Trip
Our trip is “à la carte”.
You will determine, with us, the hunting period and number of days. 2 to 3 days are more than enough to shoot the selected deer.
The classic hunting trip is composed of 3 days – 4 nights. You will be able to hunt during the whole day, only with a short break during lunch.
Our only method of hunting is by stalking.
Typical day: Quick 5am breakfast at the hunting lodge. Your guide will be present and will accompany you during the morning stalk. Back to the lodge during late morning. Second breakfast and honors to the fallen animals and to the hunters (beautiful Hungarian tradition). Lunch, if you wish in early afternoon and stalking until dawn.
Game and Trophies
Mid-October (start of the rut), you will hunt in priority a high trophy deer (3kg minimum). You will have tens of shooting opportunities during your trip even if the guards (professionals and presents for years) will only allow you to shoot 10 years old or more deers.
You will be able to witness “ extra-size ”… 5.0 to 6.0kg trophies! Among the top 10 world records, six deers come from this very territory, podium included…
After shooting your desired deer(s), you will be able to hunt younglings or boars (high number – 900 to 1000 yearly quota).
Your trophy will have to go through National Cotation (Hungarian Law), which is an insurance in matter of trophies, for both height, weight but also CIC points and thus pricing.
Trophies 1st preparation is included in the price. However, following your wishes, we will discuss with our Hungarian taxidermist or will deliver trophies and pelts to your own personal taxidermist.
Observers
Observers will be able to accompany you without any problem, even during stalks.
They will also be able to relax and enjoy the lodges on the territory.
Only the city of Debrecen (30mn by car) is worth to visit for a couple of hours.
Your accommodation
The territory allows you to stay in two beautiful and spacious hunting lodges. No transport needed, you’ll be hunting 10 minutes away from where you stay…
Each hunting lodge has 6 luxurious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Spacious dining room,bar and living rooms.
Meals are various and in quantity, axed around the hunted game.
Tourism
Budapest, pearl on the Danube River, is the Hungarian capital. This city has a reputation for its beauty but also its thermal bath houses and history. Downtown can be visited on foot. Do not hesitate!

Country information
Hungary is a relatively small country, divided in two by the Danube: great plains in the East, hills and woodlands in the West.
Hungary is within the European Union but its currency is the Hungarian Forint (HUF). You can use a debit/credit card in most cases, but DO NOT change at the airport ( 20% more fees than banks change offices).
Climate is continental, dry and enjoyable even in October. However negative temperature and snow during winter but amazing experience for hunting!
Firearms and Equipment
Firearm importation is easy in Hungary. No demand before departure is needed, you simply need you firearm registration card or government issued permit. If needed we can also rent firearms on location.
During mid-October, Hungary is quite sunny (15°C to 20°C during the day). Light hunting clothing gear is advised. Jackets and jumpers recommended for both early morning and night.
To get on location
By plane, Budapest is the destination. Multiple flights are available from within Europe to go to the Hungarian capital every day.
Low-cost companies WILL NOT allow firearms (except Easy-Jet). The typical flight from Paris to Budapest takes 2 hours.
In Budapest, you will be able to rent a car at the airport or use our shuttle to get you directly on your hunting site (2h30 drive from the airport).
Taxidermy
Trophies 1st preparation is included in our pricing.
However, if you want your trophy in a certain way, our taxidermist is available to your demands. (short timing, good quality/price ratio).
