Summer, vacation time, barbecues and sunbathing… and yet…
Already so impatient to take out the warm clothes, to get up even before daybreak, to put on the boots, to quickly have a coffee, to go up in the 4×4 and set off in total darkness… into the unknown, on the way crossing the road of hares, fox deer and others. Finally, the 4×4 stops… it is dark, we quickly plug in the small lamps… we unload the equipment, we settle down….
The day is breaking… finally we are slowly beginning to discover the unknown…
Then begins the thrilling wait…then in this dim light of the late autumn and winter mornings the first songs resound in the distance…the excitement is at its height…sometimes the doubt too…that’s it the flights are coming , a few more moments… here we are! the first shots ring out… a relief…
Quickly we get back to the post… we listen, we watch and as the sun rises, the sky seems streaked… the few songs at the beginning become an extraordinary concert… the show is unheard of… we quickly understand that the past will be long and fruitful.
The passages and poses follow one another… the shots too… the emotions and the smiles are on the faces. What an amazing morning! It’s time to go home… a good breakfast is waiting for us… we can’t wait to go back…
