Your Hunting Area
Our hunts take place all round Hungary. Territories are chosen depending on your availabilities and requests.
South and West of the country, mixed trip: boars and deers (good density) East, exceptional territory, unbelievable animal density, really important final result.
Hungary is a small country, relatively flat. Don’t look for mountainous regions (except in the North) where we do not recommend driven hunts… In consequence, are territories are also flat, with a mix of woodland and marshlands.
The hunt takes place on a big scale – you will be far enough from each other, allowing a 360° shooting angle – the territories also know the multiple paths animals can take.
Your Trip
3 to 4 hunting days depending on the time and your availabilities.
Typical Day: Quick breakfast at 7am – Pre-hunt reunion – Non-stop hunting, 2 to 3 hunting rounds per day, with a lunch on location. Results at night. Nice dinner after a good hunt.

Are included: 3 days of hunt, guides, trackers, hounds, daily transportation between hunting grounds and accommodation, lunch during the hunt, 4 stars hotel, double or single bedroom, full pension (except beverages), translator, hungarian hunting license, insurance and all animals shot by the group.
Hunted Game and Trophies
Essentially boar, classic game during winter.Hungarian Law allows the shooting of any boart, even if we do not recommend shooting females and youngsters.
Deers are numerous in Hungary. It is quite usual to see herds composed of dozens of deers. However, shooting a stag is forbidden and punishable by Law.
Is is also important to note that, it is not recommended to shoot Roe deers, as buck hunting is closed during winter.
Observers
Observers can join hunters but also profit from the various services at their accommodation.
Your Accommodation
Your accommodation will depend on the chosen territory. Be certain that our accommodation are carefully chosen in order to bring you the best comfort and satisfaction during your trip.
3 or 4 stars hotels, numerous bedrooms in case of important groups, single, quality meals…
All transportation between your accommodation and hunting location are managed by our organization as well as included.
Tourism
During our Driven Hunt trip, you will be hunting from morning till dawn. In consequence it is difficult to talk about tourism…however you will have the possibility to visit Budapest before or after your trip, don’t hesitate to ask us!

It is always difficult to fully estimate results… But our average is of 2 animals per day per hunter!
Country Information
Hungary is a relatively small country, divided in two by the Danube: great plains in the East, hills and woodlands in the West.
Hungary is within the European Union but its currency is the Hungarian Forint (HUF). You can use a debit/credit card in most cases, but DO NOT change at the airport ( 20% more fees than banks change offices).
Climate is continental, dry and enjoyable even in October. However negative temperature and snow during winter but amazing experience for hunting!
Firearms and Equipment
Firearm importation is easy in Hungary. No demand before departure is needed, you simply need you firearm registration card or government issued permit. If needed we can also rent firearms on location.
During October, Hungary is quite sunny (15°C to 20°C during the day). Light hunting clothing gear is advised. Jackets and jumpers recommended for both early morning and night. In December and January the weather is cold.
To get on location
By plane, Budapest is the destination. Multiple flights are available from within Europe to go to the Hungarian capital every day.
Low-cost companies WILL NOT allow firearms (except Easy-Jets). The typical flight from Paris to Budapest takes 2 hours.
In Budapest, you will be able to rent a car at the airport or use our shuttle to get you directly on your hunting site (2h30 drive from the airport).
